Agricultural Payroll is simple in Accounting PAK. Whether your company wants to handle payroll in-house or you are a payroll service handling many companies, Accounting PAK can handle it. Geared to the citrus industry, AG Payroll tracks the details of crews, crew leaders, and all other employees through Base PAK. You may move crew members or crew leaders around at any time with ease. All the information stays with that employee through countless moves.
A default piece-rate can be entered as well as specific rates at different points of the season for each employee. The software can calculate a minimum wage test for each piecework employee and automatically adjust the pay to bring the employee’s pay up to minimum wage standards if desired. Advances in pay are tracked through Accounting PAK. Federal tax deductions and other considerations are also tracked and can be set as a default for each employee, or entered as needed.
Batch reporting breaks down the pay for each employee and indicates every detail of their pay for that period. This helps with tracking employee payments over time and correcting any data entry errors.
